Why is Big SOCAL EURO leaving San Diego?

• Unfortunately, San Diego Stadium (Qualcomm/SDCCU) has been demolished/torn down. We knew it was coming for last several years and looked at many options. In the end, Irwindale Speedway had the capacity, drag strip & location that allowed the event to thrive.

Is parking free?

• Parking is free for General Admissions, but there is a per person fee for anyone 13 years & older. 

What items are prohibited?

• No BBQ grills allowed. Sorry, it is against Speedway liability concerns.

• Outside alcohol

• Glass/Glass Containers

• Knives/Weapons

• Fireworks/Explosives

• Drugs or any kind of illegal substance

• Pets (except for service animals)

• Bicycles must be left outside front entrance

• Drones or any other unmanned aircraft & kites

• Marker pens and spray paint

• Megaphones, PA Systems, Air Horns

*Security has final say on allowed and prohibited items.

Why is there a General Admission Fee?

• Irwindale Speedway has a lot of amenities that we previously never had. This includes properly maintained drag strip, drift out arena, on-site bathroom, K-rails, fencing & barricades and a lot more security & staffing. This adds additional cost for the event. We understand we maintained a 'FREE' general admissions for 18 years, but reality is with an event this large there are many costs to run it safely and properly. We intend to maintain a fair cost for participating in our events.

Is Big SOCAL EURO all ages?

• Yes it is! We are family friendly. All children under 12 years & under can enter show with accompanying adult.

Are pets allowed?

• Sorry, no pets allowed. Only service animals are allowed within guidelines.

Is food & drinks available?

• Yes, food concessions & food vendors will be on-site.

Is Big SOCAL EURO rain or shine?

• Yes, rain or shine!

Are tent canopies allowed?

• • Yes. Inside Showdown there will be restricted areas that allow canopies toward North side of the lot. Weight is required for all canopies. We want to make sure everyone has somewhere to stay shaded.
